Effective Date: May 27, 2026 · Version: v1.0

This policy describes operational security practices, platform integrity protections, monitoring systems, enforcement systems, and infrastructure-related protections associated with the Ziratick platform and services operated by C5P Technologies LLC.

1. Platform Security Operations

Ziratick may use authentication systems, rate limiting, logging systems, monitoring systems, infrastructure protections, abuse prevention systems, AI-assisted moderation systems, fraud detection systems, behavioral analysis systems, and operational safeguards to protect platform integrity.

2. Monitoring and Logging

Operational activity, authentication activity, usage behavior, uploads, communications, infrastructure activity, IP addresses, device information, session activity, and security-related events may be logged, monitored, analyzed, retained, reviewed, and used for operational, legal, analytical, or security purposes.

3. Abuse Prevention

Ziratick may restrict, limit, throttle, suspend, review, or block accounts, sessions, IP addresses, uploads, communications, automated systems, integrations, or platform actions considered suspicious, abusive, excessive, harmful, deceptive, or operationally risky.

4. Third-Party Infrastructure

Platform operations may rely on third-party infrastructure, hosting providers, cloud systems, analytics systems, AI systems, storage systems, communications providers, authentication systems, security tooling, and operational vendors.

5. No Security Guarantees

Although Ziratick implements operational and technical safeguards, no infrastructure, transmission method, storage system, cloud environment, API, or digital platform can be guaranteed completely secure or uninterrupted.

6. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for protecting account credentials, maintaining endpoint security, securing communications, managing permissions, protecting uploaded information, and using the platform responsibly and lawfully.

7. Unauthorized Activity

Unauthorized access attempts, scraping, reverse engineering, automation abuse, credential attacks, malware activity, platform probing, denial-of-service activity, or operational interference may result in immediate enforcement actions and possible legal escalation.

8. Incident Response

Ziratick reserves the right to investigate operational incidents, preserve records, cooperate with legal authorities, restrict systems, suspend functionality, isolate infrastructure, or take emergency actions necessary to protect platform operations or users.

9. Operational Evolution

Security architecture, infrastructure providers, monitoring systems, operational tooling, authentication systems, AI systems, moderation systems, and security workflows may evolve or change at any time according to operational requirements and platform development.
