Founder Agreement

This Founder Agreement applies to founders, startup operators, and users submitting startup information to Ziratick.

1. Platform Operator

Ziratick is operated by C5P Technologies LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. This Founder Agreement supplements the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and other policies published in the Ziratick Legal Center.

2. Founder Responsibility

By submitting a startup, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, lawful, current to the best of your knowledge, and that you have the right to submit it.

3. Startup Information

Founder submissions may include company details, operational modules, KPIs, financial indicators, team information, market information, documents, document links, updates, and investor-facing materials.

4. Ownership

You retain ownership of your submitted content. By submitting content, you grant Ziratick and C5P Technologies LLC permission to host, store, process, analyze, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the platform.

5. Investor Visibility

If your startup is approved for investor visibility, approved information may be shown to qualified investors. Investors may review, bookmark, message, or contact you according to platform settings and your profile visibility choices.

6. No Funding Guarantee

Ziratick does not guarantee investor attention, introductions, funding, partnerships, diligence requests, revenue, valuation, or business outcomes.

7. No Broker or Adviser Role

Ziratick is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, funding portal, placement agent, securities exchange, lender, escrow provider, or fiduciary. Ziratick does not sell securities or execute investments.

8. Confidentiality

Do not submit confidential or sensitive information unless you are comfortable with the applicable visibility settings and platform workflows. Information made visible to investors may be reviewed by permitted investor users.

9. Accuracy and Updates

You are responsible for keeping material startup information reasonably accurate and updated, especially investor-facing information, KPIs, fundraising information, document links, and founder contact settings.

10. Prohibited Submissions

You may not submit false, misleading, unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, spammy, or unauthorized content. You may not impersonate others or misrepresent fundraising status, traction, financials, investor interest, team members, or legal status.

11. Review and Enforcement

Ziratick may review, reject, restrict, hide, suspend, remove, or request changes to founder content, visibility applications, or accounts where necessary to protect users, comply with law, enforce policies, or preserve platform integrity.

12. Founder Decisions

You remain fully responsible for business decisions, investor communications, fundraising choices, legal compliance, tax matters, accounting matters, corporate governance, securities compliance, and professional advice.
