Account Deletion & Data Removal Policy
Effective Date: June 27, 2026 · Version: v1.1
This policy explains how Ziratick, operated by C5P Technologies LLC, handles account deletion requests, data removal, account disabling, data retention, backup retention, legal records, platform integrity records, and operational exceptions.
1. Requesting Account Deletion
Users may request deletion of their Ziratick account through available account settings, support channels, or official platform contact methods. Ziratick may require authentication, identity confirmation, account verification, or additional review before processing deletion requests.
2. Account Disabling
When a deletion request is accepted, Ziratick may disable account access, revoke active sessions, remove or limit public profile visibility, restrict messaging, remove startup visibility, and prevent further use of account features before completing backend deletion or retention workflows.
3. Data That May Be Deleted or Hidden
Ziratick may delete, anonymize, de-identify, restrict, hide, or disable access to account profile information, public profile content, startup visibility, optional user-submitted information, uploaded materials, user settings, and other account-linked data where deletion is technically, legally, and operationally appropriate.
4. Data That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained after an account deletion request for legal, security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, financial, tax, compliance, audit, dispute-resolution, business continuity, platform integrity, operational analytics, backup, archival, or legitimate business purposes.
5. Messages and Shared Content
Messages, comments, posts, startup interactions, investor interactions, shared documents, collaboration activity, and communications involving other users may remain visible to recipients, counterparties, organizations, administrators, or platform systems where retention is necessary for continuity, security, auditability, dispute handling, or user experience.
6. Legal Acceptance and Compliance Records
Ziratick may retain legal acceptance records, terms acceptance logs, privacy acceptance records, cookie preference records, security logs, authentication records, IP address records, user-agent records, billing records, payment records, and related compliance records after account deletion where appropriate.
7. Backups and Technical Retention
Deleted or disabled data may remain in backups, archives, replicated systems, logs, caches, infrastructure systems, disaster recovery systems, and operational storage for a reasonable period before being overwritten, expired, deleted, or rendered inaccessible through normal operational processes.
8. Aggregated and De-Identified Data
Ziratick may retain and use aggregated, statistical, de-identified, anonymized, derived, analytical, or operational data that does not reasonably identify a specific user for product improvement, analytics, security, AI system improvement, benchmarking, research, and platform operations.
9. Abuse, Fraud, and Security Exceptions
Ziratick may delay, deny, limit, or modify deletion where an account is associated with suspected fraud, abuse, spam, harassment, security incidents, platform manipulation, unauthorized access, legal disputes, payment disputes, intellectual property complaints, regulatory issues, or other operational risks.
10. Irreversibility
Account deletion may be irreversible. Deleted accounts, disabled access, removed profile data, hidden startup visibility, revoked permissions, deleted uploads, and removed settings may not be recoverable after deletion workflows are completed.
11. Timing
Ziratick may process deletion requests within a reasonable period based on technical constraints, legal obligations, verification requirements, backup cycles, operational workload, dispute status, and platform integrity considerations.
12. Policy Changes
This policy may be updated as Ziratick’s account systems, deletion workflows, legal requirements, infrastructure, data architecture, and operational practices evolve.
