Intellectual Property & Platform Rights Policy

This policy governs ownership, licensing, usage rights, operational rights, platform rights, user-submitted materials, AI-related processing rights, and intellectual property considerations relating to the Ziratick platform and services operated by C5P Technologies LLC.
1. Platform Ownership
The Ziratick platform, infrastructure, branding, operational systems, architecture, analytics systems, AI systems, interfaces, visual systems, software, scoring systems, workflows, platform methodologies, and related materials are owned or controlled by C5P Technologies LLC or its licensors.
2. User-Submitted Content
Users retain ownership of content they lawfully own and submit to the platform. By submitting content, users grant Ziratick broad, worldwide, non-exclusive rights to host, reproduce, process, analyze, display, distribute, index, moderate, archive, adapt, operationalize, and use submitted content for platform operations, infrastructure functionality, AI systems, analytics systems, moderation systems, security systems, and service improvement.
3. Operational Rights
Ziratick may use submitted data, metadata, behavioral patterns, engagement activity, startup information, investor interactions, operational signals, and related platform activity to improve infrastructure, analytics systems, AI systems, visibility systems, moderation systems, ranking systems, operational workflows, and future platform products or services.
4. AI and Derived Systems
Platform systems may generate derived outputs, summaries, classifications, rankings, recommendations, moderation signals, operational insights, scoring outputs, analytics outputs, and AI generated materials derived from platform activity and submitted information.
5. Restrictions
Users may not copy, reproduce, scrape, resell, reverse engineer, republish, commercially exploit, mirror, extract, or distribute platform systems, operational methodologies, startup datasets, investor datasets, analytics outputs, scoring systems, AI systems, or platform infrastructure without explicit authorization.
6. Trademark Rights
Ziratick, associated branding, visual systems, platform names, operational identifiers, logos, marks, slogans, product names, interface elements, and related identifiers may constitute protected intellectual property or trade dress.
7. User Representations
Users represent that they possess necessary rights, permissions, licenses, authority, and approvals to upload, distribute, share, process, and operationalize content submitted to the platform.
8. Enforcement and Protection
Ziratick reserves the right to investigate misuse of platform intellectual property, operational systems, branding, datasets, infrastructure, analytics systems, AI systems, or proprietary methodologies and may pursue operational, legal, technical, or commercial remedies where appropriate.
9. Evolving Rights and Systems
Platform systems, AI systems, analytics systems, operational methodologies, infrastructure architecture, product structures, visibility systems, moderation systems, and related operational models may evolve continuously as the platform develops.
