3. Takedown Process

Ziratick may remove, disable, restrict, review, preserve, or investigate allegedly infringing content at its discretion. Ziratick may request additional information before taking action and may decline incomplete, abusive, fraudulent, or legally insufficient notices.

4. Counter-Notices

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was mistaken, you may submit a counter-notice with sufficient identifying information, a statement explaining the basis for your objection, and any required legal statements under applicable law.

5. Repeat Infringers

Ziratick may suspend or terminate accounts, organizations, startups, investor profiles, or users that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights or repeatedly submit infringing materials.

6. Abuse of Process

Users may not submit fraudulent, malicious, misleading, abusive, retaliatory, or bad-faith copyright notices. Ziratick may restrict accounts or communications associated with abusive legal or takedown activity.
