Platform activity may be processed through operational systems, analytics systems, AI systems, moderation systems, infrastructure systems, authentication systems, visibility systems, logging systems, communications systems, security systems, and platform monitoring systems.

2. Categories of Data

Processed data may include account data, startup data, investor data, communications, uploads, profile information, analytics information, metadata, session information, IP addresses, device identifiers, behavioral signals, usage patterns, interaction history, moderation signals, operational logs, and infrastructure telemetry.

3. AI and Machine Learning Systems

Ziratick may use machine learning systems, language models, recommendation systems, scoring systems, fraud detection systems, moderation systems, ranking systems, visibility systems, and other automated technologies to improve platform operations and user experience.

4. Infrastructure Providers

Data may be processed through cloud infrastructure providers, content delivery providers, storage systems, analytics providers, communications providers, AI providers, security systems, operational vendors, monitoring systems, and related third-party operational infrastructure.

Users understand that data may move across jurisdictions depending on infrastructure architecture, operational workflows, support operations, AI systems, cloud providers, redundancy systems, monitoring systems, security systems, or legal obligations.

Ziratick may retain operational logs, startup records, communications, uploads, moderation records, analytics data, verification records, infrastructure logs, legal acceptance logs, and related operational records for business continuity, legal, compliance, analytical, archival, operational, or security purposes.

7. Monitoring and Review

Platform systems and personnel may review operational activity, uploads, reports, metadata, communications, moderation signals, abuse indicators, fraud indicators, infrastructure activity, and behavioral patterns to protect users, operations, systems, and platform integrity.

8. Security Operations

Security systems may include rate limiting, logging, automated detection systems, abuse prevention systems, verification systems, authentication systems, moderation tooling, infrastructure protections, monitoring systems, and operational safeguards.

9. Platform Evolution

Ziratick may evolve operationally and technically over time. Infrastructure providers, AI providers, storage systems, monitoring systems, operational tooling, data architecture, and processing workflows may change without prior notice.
