Platform Policy

Community Guidelines

Ziratick is intended to support serious founders, operators, investors, analysts, builders, and ecosystem participants. These guidelines exist to protect platform integrity, user safety, operational quality, and professional trust.

1. Professional Conduct

Users must behave professionally and respectfully. Harassment, intimidation, threats, hate speech, abusive conduct, targeted attacks, coordinated abuse, or disruptive behavior may result in restrictions, suspension, removal of content, account review, or permanent termination.

2. No Fraud or Misrepresentation

Users may not impersonate individuals or organizations, fabricate traction, falsify financials, fake investor interest, manipulate metrics, misrepresent ownership, mislead users, or engage in deceptive fundraising or deceptive platform activity.

3. Startup Information

Founders are responsible for the accuracy of startup profiles, metrics, updates, team information, fundraising claims, documents, statements, and uploaded materials. Ziratick does not independently verify all information submitted to the platform.

4. Investor Conduct

Investors, funds, analysts, scouts, syndicates, and ecosystem participants may not misuse confidential information, spam founders, scrape platform data, manipulate visibility systems, misrepresent investment activity, or engage in unlawful securities activity.

5. Platform Abuse

Users may not attempt to bypass security, overload systems, automate unauthorized actions, scrape data, reverse engineer services, interfere with platform operations, exploit bugs, distribute malware, harvest user data, or test vulnerabilities without authorization.

6. Content and Communications

Messages, posts, comments, uploads, startup updates, profile content, and communications must comply with applicable law and platform rules. Ziratick may remove, restrict, moderate, suppress, review, archive, or preserve content at its discretion.

7. AI and Automated Enforcement

Ziratick may use automated systems, AI-assisted moderation, behavioral analysis, scoring systems, spam detection systems, security tooling, manual review, or internal operational review processes to detect abuse, fraud, suspicious activity, policy violations, or operational risk.

8. Visibility and Access Controls

Ziratick may limit visibility, messaging privileges, platform access, startup discoverability, ranking, engagement distribution, or account functionality based on operational, safety, legal, commercial, moderation, subscription, risk, or quality factors.

9. Enforcement Rights

Ziratick reserves the right to investigate conduct, preserve records, cooperate with legal requests, restrict features, remove content, suspend accounts, terminate access, deny reinstatement, or take other actions necessary to protect the platform, users, operations, systems, legal interests, or ecosystem integrity.

10. Evolving Policies

These guidelines may evolve as the platform grows. Continued use of Ziratick after updates constitutes acceptance of revised guidelines and related platform policies.
