AI Disclosure Policy

Ziratick may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, automated systems, scoring logic, ranking systems, recommendation systems, summarization tools, classification systems, and other software-assisted processes to operate, analyze, improve, secure, and personalize the platform.

1. Informational Use Only

AI-generated outputs, scores, summaries, recommendations, classifications, rankings, signals, insights, or visibility indicators are provided for informational and operational purposes only. They are not investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, accounting advice, diligence conclusions, endorsements, guarantees, or recommendations to invest.

2. No Guarantee of Accuracy

AI and automated systems may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, misclassified, delayed, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Users must independently verify important information before relying on it or making business, investment, legal, operational, hiring, fundraising, or strategic decisions.

3. Startup Signals and Scores

Any startup score, readiness signal, institutional signal, visibility indicator, risk indicator, module score, founder signal, investor-readiness signal, ranking, or recommendation may be based on available user-submitted data, inferred data, platform activity, system logic, third-party data, manual review, or other inputs. These signals may change at any time and do not represent verification, endorsement, funding likelihood, or investment merit.

4. Human Responsibility

Users remain solely responsible for their own decisions, communications, diligence, representations, fundraising activity, investment activity, legal compliance, business strategy, and use of information obtained through Ziratick. Ziratick does not make decisions for founders, investors, funds, companies, or users.

5. AI Processing of User Content

Content submitted to Ziratick, including profile data, startup information, messages, documents, metrics, comments, posts, and uploads, may be processed by AI-enabled or automated systems to provide platform functionality, generate summaries, improve matching, support moderation, detect abuse, analyze readiness, improve product quality, and operate Ziratick services.

6. Visibility and Ranking

Ziratick may use automated or AI-assisted systems to determine, influence, limit, personalize, prioritize, de-prioritize, rank, recommend, suppress, or display content, profiles, startups, investor opportunities, messages, modules, or platform activity. Visibility is not guaranteed and may change without notice.

7. Moderation and Safety

Ziratick may use automated systems to detect spam, fraud, abuse, suspicious behavior, misleading claims, harmful content, security risks, policy violations, or platform manipulation. Automated moderation may be imperfect, and Ziratick may take action based on automated, manual, or combined review.

8. Continuous Changes

Ziratick’s AI systems, scoring logic, ranking logic, moderation systems, recommendations, features, models, prompts, datasets, thresholds, and product behavior may change over time. Users should not rely on any AI feature, score, signal, or system output remaining constant.
