Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of Ziratick, including accounts, profiles, startup pages, investor activity, messaging, invitations, uploads, comments, posts, AI-enabled features, analytics, visibility systems, scoring systems, and related services operated by C5P Technologies LLC.

1. General Standard

You may use Ziratick only for lawful, professional, and legitimate business, networking, founder, investor, startup, research, and platform-related purposes. You may not use Ziratick in a way that harms users, damages platform trust, creates legal risk, disrupts operations, misleads others, or interferes with the integrity of the platform.

2. Fraud, Misrepresentation, and False Claims

You may not submit, publish, upload, message, display, or represent false, misleading, deceptive, incomplete, fabricated, manipulated, or materially inaccurate information. This includes false startup traction, fake revenue, fabricated customers, misleading investor interest, inflated metrics, false team credentials, fake partnerships, false fundraising claims, fake legal status, or misleading claims about incorporation, intellectual property, customers, revenue, product status, or market validation.

3. Securities, Fundraising, and Investment-Related Conduct

Ziratick may not be used to conduct unlawful securities offerings, make unlawful solicitations, evade securities laws, misrepresent investment opportunities, pressure investors, falsely imply endorsement, or present investment materials in a way that violates applicable laws. Users are solely responsible for complying with all laws that apply to their fundraising, investment, advisory, solicitation, diligence, communication, or transaction-related activity.

4. Spam, Harassment, and Abusive Outreach

You may not use Ziratick to send spam, unsolicited mass messages, repetitive outreach, manipulative invitations, abusive investor contact, harassment, threats, intimidation, discriminatory content, sexually explicit content, hate-based content, or communications that create an unsafe or hostile environment. Ziratick may limit, throttle, review, restrict, or suspend messaging, invitations, visibility, or account access where abuse or platform risk is suspected.

5. Scraping, Automation, and Data Harvesting

You may not scrape, crawl, harvest, export, copy, index, monitor, reverse engineer, or use automated systems to access Ziratick data, user profiles, startup profiles, investor information, messages, scoring systems, recommendations, analytics, or platform intelligence without written permission. You may not use bots, scripts, browser automation, fake accounts, account farms, or unauthorized integrations to access or manipulate the platform.

6. Uploads, Documents, and User Content

You may not upload malware, harmful code, illegal content, infringing content, confidential third-party materials, stolen documents, forged documents, manipulated evidence, misleading investor materials, or content you do not have the right to use. You are solely responsible for all files, decks, documents, logos, images, comments, posts, messages, profile information, startup data, and other content you submit to Ziratick.

7. AI and Platform Manipulation

You may not attempt to manipulate, exploit, overload, deceive, reverse engineer, or abuse Ziratick’s AI systems, scoring systems, recommendation systems, moderation systems, visibility systems, ranking systems, or platform intelligence features. You may not submit content designed to produce misleading outputs, bypass safeguards, distort scoring, falsify signals, or create artificial engagement.

8. Security and System Integrity

You may not interfere with Ziratick’s infrastructure, networks, databases, APIs, authentication systems, access controls, rate limits, storage systems, payment systems, messaging systems, or security controls. You may not test, scan, probe, attack, overload, or disrupt the platform except through a security reporting process authorized by Ziratick.

9. Impersonation and Account Misuse

You may not impersonate another person, investor, founder, company, fund, institution, employee, representative, or platform operator. You may not create fake accounts, transfer accounts without permission, share credentials, bypass bans, misrepresent authority, or use Ziratick under false identity or misleading affiliation.

10. Platform Discretion and Enforcement

Ziratick may review, moderate, remove, restrict, label, de-rank, suppress, suspend, terminate, investigate, or limit access to accounts, content, messages, uploads, startup profiles, investor profiles, platform features, visibility, recommendations, or other activity at its discretion for operational, safety, legal, compliance, security, integrity, reputational, or platform health reasons.

11. No Obligation to Monitor

Ziratick may monitor, review, or moderate activity, but is not obligated to do so. The presence, absence, delay, or outcome of moderation does not create any representation that content is accurate, lawful, verified, complete, safe, endorsed, or appropriate.

12. Consequences of Violation

Violations may result in warnings, content removal, visibility reduction, feature limits, message limits, suspension, termination, deletion, loss of access, reporting to service providers, reporting to authorities, preservation of records, or other action Ziratick considers appropriate.
